Peter has been in the business of using technology to re-engineer business processes for over 20 years. Before taking on his current role, he was responsible for bringing the SuperChoice service to market and has seen it grow to supply major Australian superannuation providers with a shared e-commerce infrastructure. Peter has previously held senior roles within Oracle Corporation and BellSouth Corporation in the UK and prior to this he founded and ran his own technology consultancy practice in his home town of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Mike Fielding

General Manager, Responsible Officer

Mike has extensive experience in administration, product and marketing within the Wealth Management Industry with organisations as diverse as MLC, Prudential, Citibank, CBA and ASGARD. With a voracious appetite for learning, Mike spends a great deal of time researching Superannuation business legislation, trends and dynamics, to enhance his clients' success.

He holds a Bachelor of Business from University of Technology Sydney and post-graduate qualifications in Applied Finance and Investments with the Securities Institute of Australia.

David Delaney

Product Manager

David has over 15 years in Financial Services designing, managing and overseeing the development of software applications. With a background in client services and research compliance, David is an enthusiastic lateral thinker and is passionate about the Superannuation industry. His focus is to ensure that SuperChoice remains an intuitive user experience that is educational and protects the interests of the end-user.

David's reputation speaks of his ability to deliver financially viable products and services that meet the needs of both industry & employer clients.

Tony Russell

Training and Support Manager

Tony has an in-depth training and development background gained from working within the financial services arena for 13 years where he has witnessed the progression of online employer functionality technology. Tony thrives on helping clients to successfully implement the SuperChoice service and provides on-going client support and coaching.

His engaging style and commitment helps clients to fully utilise the SuperChoice service functionality and spends most of his time out of the office sharing his knowledge and expertise with clients and their teams.

Ian Thomas

Account Manager (Funds)

Ian has over 15 years experience in the banking and Financial Services industry with a diverse range of organisations including NAB, Standard Chartered Bank, ING and SuperChoice. With a background in client services and business efficiencies in has a passion for finding an optimal solution for the end user.

Debi Phillips

Account Manager (Employers & Payroll)

Debi brings strong payroll solutions experience from working as a Payroll Manager, Support Consultant and an HRIS Implementation Project Manager. Her role is to ensure the SuperChoice solution, which originally started from a superannuation fund administrator's perspective, evolves heavily to be employer, payroll and payroll accreditation (advice) centric. Her previous experience with clearing house and payment systems makes her an invaluable member of the team understanding the inextricable connection between Employers and Superannuation Fund Administrators.
